Vacation mode has finally set in. Woke up this morning and literally could not remember what day it is, never mind the fact that I finally rolled out of bed at 11AM. Oh so fantastic.

As a result, I took up Alex's, Sylvia's roommate, offer to borrow her camera for the day to play photographer and it was brilliant! So all I have for you today is just some of my attempts to capture the sights of Sevilla. Enjoy!

Oh you'll love this Kal. There is a bridge on the running/bike path that runs alongside the river and it is well known as a naturally created bouldering wall popular for local climbers. I have no idea what the stone is made of but, I am assuming due to erosion from various weather patterns there are perfect little handhelds to climb. I tried to take quite a few pictures for ya:)

One little anecdote I suppose. I was on my way back to the apartment when these two local Sevillans stopped me. No idea what their intention were but a photo session was followed by a tour of the Sevillian Kayak Club and its training facilities. Ha, seemed like they were trying to entice me to join the team...we had to speak french but I was pretty sure the whole two week vacation bit was communicated clearly. They were fun at the least.

This is Calle Verde, the "street" that Sylvia and Alex's apartment is found. (Pictures of the apartment will come once finals are done!)

Hope you enjoyed. Momma, I hate to say it, and I know I will probably regret it. But, I now understand your love and may have to explore your camera a bit more in detail...
